Repco Richmond are looking to welcome a Full Time Retail Assistant to join their incredible team! MON-FRI roster, with overtime available.

Our Retail Assistants:

• Are committed to providing genuine service, where they create lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers
• Build effective customer relationships and are the helpful person to talk to
• Are team players, and work collaboratively to ensure the success of the store
• Have a safety mindset and constantly strive to provide the safest work environment

The successful individual will:

• Be passionate about customer service, with previous retail/hospitality experience (favourable)
• Have a genuine interest in automotive, technical knowledge of parts and tools advantageous
• Have basic tech skills, able to learn new systems/programs easily
• Demonstrate friendly, helpful and confident interpersonal skills
• Be available to work on a Monday to Friday roster
• Hold a valid driver’s licence (essential)
