In this role, you will support the Grocery and Nightfill teams to deliver excellent availability on a differentiated offer for our customers through a team that advocates for our business. You will champion best practice in store management, promote strong customer service and have an understanding of the importance of delivering a great shopping experience.
- Managing the store team and ensuring the smooth running of the store to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Managing all aspects of product replenishment including but not limited to: cycle counting, scheduling deliveries and receiving stock from suppliers.
- Ensuring that health & safety standards are maintained throughout the store including staff training and policies/procedures relating to food safety & hygiene as well as security procedures.

This role is best suited to an individual with flexible availability to work early mornings, days and late nights across a fortnightly rotational roster including weekends.
