As Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team in all aspects of customer service and sales. You will also be responsible for developing effective operational processes and procedures within the bakery, including scheduling, training and developing of staff members, inventory management, ordering and receiving supplies, budgeting and cost control as well as maintaining customer relations.

This role is best suited to an individual with flexible availability to work early mornings, days, and late nights across a fortnightly rotational roster including weekends. This individual will be required to be on-call during the hours of 8 am - 12 pm during their rostered week.
