We are looking for a Bakery Manager to lead, coach and support the Bakery team to deliver a differentiated Bakery offer to our customers through a team that advocates for our business and consistently delivers a great range of baked goods for a fresh and convenient offer.
You will be responsible for leading and developing your team to deliver continuous improvement in all aspects of their role. This includes people management, coaching and development, performance management, recruitment, compliance with company policies and procedures as well as the implementation of strategic initiatives within the Bakery department. This is a fast-paced environment where you will need to be able to work quickly under pressure while maintaining accuracy in data capture. You will need excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with other departments including Operations and Retail Management teams.

We require someone with flexible availability to work early mornings, days, and late nights across a fortnightly rotational roster including weekends.
